I like to help people acknowledge strengths, wins, areas for growth and explore patterns and identify internal stories that shape feelings and behaviors. I can help you sort through difficulty in a safe non-judgmental space. You are the hero of your own life. You might ask “If I am a hero, why should I see you?” The simple answer is that even heroes need help too. I offer an eclectic approach based in values of: curiosity, humor, affirmation and candor.
